| You'll need:
Frying Chicken
buttermilk
garlic salt
pepper
paprika
red pepper
vegetable oil
flour and corn starch
Wash the chicken off. Mix the buttermilk with the garlic salt, pepper, paprika and red pepper. Marinade the chicken overnight in baggies.
Boil the chicken in water for about 20 minutes to precook it. Then prepare the fryer. Coat the chicken in the mix of flour and corn starch and then add to the fryer. For crisper flakier outer skin apply more of flour/cornstarch mix. Fry for about 20 minutes until it turns golden-brown. Serve with fries or mashed potatoes.
